Overview

The department is looking for candidates with either Salesforce or Mulesoft experience.

Experience in both fields would be highly desirable but not necessary.

The Deliverables for the MuleSoft and Salesforce Technical/Functional Analyst include, but are not limited to the following:

• Experience working as Technical/Functional Analyst (and or both Salesforce & Mulesoft) with the ability to gather requirements and translate into functional specifications;
• Experience in enterprise scale and complex technology environments;
• Experience working in Agile or Waterfall teams;
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder skills with ability to develop and maintain relationships across the organisation.
• Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues

Required skills and experience

1. Candidates must have a minimum 5 years+ experience of Saleforce/Mulesoft working with a large ICT environment.
2. Relevant tertiary or post graduate qualifications are highly desirable e.g bachelors degree in computer science or software engineering
3. Advanced knowledge of Mulesoft and Salesforce CRM platforms
