In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales and margin results across your territory, making sure we meet our targets together You’ll support marketing efforts by helping to implement plans, promotions, and new product launches that keep our business growing Creating a positive environment that encourages sales growth is key, so you’ll lead initiatives that help the team succeed Regularly, you’ll meet with Territory Managers to review sales performance and track progress on our goals You’ll work closely with different teams like Area Business Managers, District Managers, and IT to plan new business initiatives and make sure our customers’ needs are met Building strong relationships with key decision makers and top customers will be part of how you support your team’s success You’ll use performance data and financial reports to keep an eye on how things are going, develop action plans, and continuously improve our sales operations Managing the sales budget and team costs while promoting safety within the team will also be part of your responsibilities
