Job Description

• Promote and sell industrial properties, such as factories, industrial land, and commercial developments.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and market research.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, site visits, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and corporate clients.
• Conduct property presentations, market analysis, and provide professional advice on industrial property investments.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, tenancy agreements, and related documentation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industrial property demand to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth transaction completion and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in industrial property, commercial property, real estate, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of factory, warehouse, industrial land, and commercial property markets.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, and client acquisition.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Registered Real Estate Negotiator (REN) license is an added advantage.
