Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Client Engagement & Performance Manager to support our portfolio of office buildings in Montréal. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction, driving engagement, and supporting strategic initiatives across leasing, ESG, and market performance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in a similar role or in business development within commercial real estate or related sectors.
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Satisfaction
- Conduct quality and satisfaction surveys to assess client experience.
- Organize client bonding and networking events to strengthen relationships.
- Respond promptly to ad hoc client information requests.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Prepare and deliver reports on KPIs and non-financial goals.
- Track major projects and provide progress updates.
- Synthesize leasing activity for internal and external stakeholders.
Market & ESG Analysis
- Perform market benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.
- Track ESG benchmarks and KPIs, supporting sustainability objectives.
Strategic Support
- Prepare and coordinate annual strategic presentations for clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements and resolve issues.
- Assist with internal project management initiatives to achieve organizational KPIs.
- Collaborate with the VP of Business Development on strategic projects and client initiatives.
Qualifications & Competencies:
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a role related to business strategy, client experience, or financial/accounting analysis, or in a similar position within commercial real estate or property management
Skills:
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Knowledge: Familiarity with leasing processes, ESG principles, and market analysis in the real estate sector.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
