Were looking for an AI Leader to drive digital transformation in the banking and finance sector. In this role, youll design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions to enhance customer experience, boost operational efficiency, ensure compliance, and foster innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead AI/ML solution design, prototyping, coding & deployment for banking applications.
Build AI models for credit scoring, fraud detection, risk assessment, customer segmentation, predictive analytics, and conversational banking.
Manage the full AI model lifecycle from data acquisition to secure deployment.
Ensure compliance with CBSL guidelines, PDPA, PCI DSS and other regulatory standards.
Implement strong security measures for financial & customer data.
Collaborate with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Digital Banking teams to deliver impactful AI use cases.
Explore Generative AI & multimodal models for virtual assistants and document automation.
Mentor engineering teams and promote AI/ML best practices.
Drive agile delivery cycles and manage vendor/partner relationships.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or Engineering (Masters preferred).
6+ years AI/ML development experience, with 3+ years in Banking/Finance/FinTech.
Proven track record in fraud detection, AML/KYC automation, predictive credit scoring, and risk analytics.
Proficiency in Python, Java, SQL and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Strong knowledge of Core Banking Systems (Flexcube, Finacle) and payment platform integrations.
Familiarity with Big Data (Hadoop, Spark), Data Warehousing & ETL pipelines.
Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.
