Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the OutSystems development team to meet project timelines and milestones.

2. Provide technical guidance and mentorship, fostering a collaborative development environment.

3. Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using the OutSystems platform.

4. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.

5. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

6. Stay up-to-date with OutSystems features, updates, and industry trends to ensure optimal platform utilization.

7. Implement and oversee testing processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications.

8. Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.

9. Plan and allocate resources effectively to ensure project timelines and milestones are met.

10. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
