Job Responsibilities & Tasks Duties include but are not limited to Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets for his accounts in coordination with his manager. Communicate market and competition activities to sales management and recommend action plans as needed. Assisting the account manager in rolling out sales growth plans in designated areas and sectors. Preparing monthly reports on project achievements, competition activities, sales and collection versus target while recommending tactical corrective actions where needed. Analyze sales results weekly and take action to make sure monthly targets are met. Get initiated on the proper usage of the newly introduced digital sales tools (Sales Pro; Go-To-Market) Optimize on own call cycle effectiveness by constantly reviewing it Verifying on a random basis customer approvals of their corresponding account reconciliation. Hold periodic meetings with his manager to review and evaluate on YTD sales vs. forecast achievement. Assisting the account manager in setting and preparing sales incentives, volume rebate contracts.
