Key purpose:
As a Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for analysing and reporting on business processes within the organisation. You'll report to senior management in order to influence the development of new features and enhancements. You will work closely with developers, testers, project managers and other members of the team as part of an agile process. Your work will often involve collaborating with stakeholders from across different departments or even external clients in order to understand their needs more clearly. In addition, you may also need to interpret data gathered by our systems and present it accurately.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Adhere to PMO Governance
- Successfully engage with and deliver on multiple products simultaneously
- Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates
- Elicit requirements using various mediums such as requirements, documentations, translation, simplification and analysis
- Evaluate gathered data, highlight risks and conflicts
- Strong analytical skills Collaborate with the development team
- Excellent gap and risk analysis skills
- BA Sanity testing
- Maintain communication and contact with external and internal customers to proactively understand business needs and functional requirements so you can pre-empt proposed solutions
- Monthly management reporting
- Adhoc Reporting
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor Degree/ B Tech Advanced Diploma (level above National Diploma) NQF level 7
- Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge
- MS Azure Devops
- Process Modelling
- Agile Methodology
