Job Responsibilities:

• Build and Lead their own Sales team.
• Analyze and develop marketing strategies to achieve the targets.
• Carry out sales activities.
• Provide the expected sales results.
• Develop a communication strategy with clients in accordance with company policies.
• Supervise the entire sales team in carrying out sales activities.

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in English both verbal and written is a must
• Have 5-8 years similar experience in futures company, plus a history of achieving targets, are a must
• Diploma degree from any major
• Excellent business written and oral communications skills
• Excellent leadership skill & interpersonal skill
• Computer literacy
• Ability to work both in a team environment as well as independently
